Advertising Claims Audit System
Every Claim Has an Evidence Boundary.
Third-Party Test Reports Have Limits.
Advertising Claims Must Stay Within Them.
Claim Endpoint - Evidence Endpoint = Evidence Gap
🔥 We Don't Debate Claims. We Examine the Evidence.
VeriLedger™ — A Scientific Method for Evaluating Evidence Behind Product Advertising Claims.
Scientific Proof
From Complete Product Testing to a Scientific Proof Scale
Every Claim Has an Evidence Boundary.
A product advertisement can promise exceptional performance. Scientific evidence determines what that product can actually demonstrate.
At VeriLedger™, we approach scientific proof through a fundamental principle: every objectively verifiable product claim must be supported by evidence capable of reaching the claim's stated scope.
Our scientific methodology begins with a complete functional product, independent third-party testing, and a structured examination of the relationships between different measurements.
The objective is not simply to collect test reports. It is to establish a scientific proof framework in which evidence can be examined, connected where scientifically justified, and evaluated against the claims made in the marketplace.
This framework forms the foundation of the VeriLedger™ Scientific Proof Scale.

Where Scientific Proof Begins
A Scientific Claim Requires More Than a Test Result
Product performance is often presented through numerical results, technical descriptions, and scientific terminology.
A laboratory report may demonstrate that a particular measurement was achieved under specified conditions. However, the existence of a test result does not automatically establish every broader claim made about a product.
The scientific question is more precise:
What was measured, what does that measurement actually prove, and does the evidence support the full meaning of the advertised claim?
To answer this question, VeriLedger™ distinguishes between the direct result of an individual test and the larger scientific proposition that the product claims to satisfy.
Different measurements may describe different aspects of a product's performance. Each has its own tested subject, methodology, conditions, results, and evidentiary limits.
Where a scientific proposition requires multiple measurements, their relationship must also be examined. Separate reports cannot be treated as a continuous scientific demonstration merely because they concern the same product or appear together in a technical presentation.
This distinction is the starting point of our scientific proof methodology.
Scientific proof begins by identifying exactly what the evidence can establish.
The Scientific Proof Closed-Loop Audit Instrument
VeriLedger™ Scientific Proof Closed-Loop Audit Instrument (VL-SPCA-01)
The VeriLedger™ Scientific Proof Closed-Loop Audit Instrument (VL-SPCA-01) serves as the core experimental platform for developing the company's scientific proof methodology.
It is designed around a complete functional device employing Photocatalytic Oxidation (PCO) technology.
The instrument's role is not to establish a universal performance benchmark for other commercial products. Instead, it provides a defined experimental subject through which different objective testing procedures can be examined as parts of a structured scientific evidence system.
PCO technology provides the scientific background for examining particular relationships between measurements involving airborne biological and chemical substances.
However, a shared technological principle alone does not establish a completed scientific proof.

Each measurement must still be supported by objective testing. Where two measurements are intended to form a continuous evidentiary relationship, the relevant physical and technical conditions must also be preserved and verified.
The methodology therefore focuses on several essential elements:
-
Complete functional product: The testing subject must be an identifiable, functional device rather than a collection of unrelated components or isolated technical claims.
-
Independent measurement: Each testing stage must establish its own objective result within its defined scope.
-
Scientific connection: Relationships between different measurements must have a valid scientific basis.
-
Condition preservation: Relevant technical configurations and post-test conditions must be protected where continuity depends on them.
-
Traceable transfer: The identity and required condition of the tested device must remain verifiable between stages.
-
Evidence verification: The resulting evidence must be examined for scientific consistency, continuity, and limitations.
Through this approach, VL-SPCA-01 provides an experimental foundation for developing proof structures that can be independently examined and challenged.
The instrument establishes the experimental starting point. The scientific proof comes from the evidence and the relationships that can actually be demonstrated.

Four Independent Scientific Testing Stages
P, B, F and E: Four Measurements, Four Evidence Boundaries
The VeriLedger™ experimental framework incorporates four distinct third-party testing stages.
Each stage addresses a different scientific question and establishes a separate evidence boundary.
P | Suspended Particulate Matter (PM2.5) Removal Efficiency Test
The P stage measures the removal of suspended particulate matter under defined testing conditions.
Its direct evidentiary purpose is to establish the device's objectively measured particle-removal performance.
A particulate-removal result does not, by itself, establish bacterial removal, gaseous formaldehyde removal, or chemical decomposition.
B | Airborne Bacteria Removal Efficiency Test
The B stage measures the reduction of airborne culturable bacteria under specified conditions.
Its direct evidentiary purpose is to establish the observed reduction of the tested biological subject.
Although the device's PCO technology provides a relevant scientific background, the B result remains an independent measurement with its own tested subject and evidentiary limits.
F | Airborne Formaldehyde Removal Efficiency Test
The F stage measures the reduction of airborne formaldehyde concentration under defined testing conditions.
Its direct evidentiary purpose is to establish the measured reduction of gaseous formaldehyde.
A reduction in formaldehyde concentration is an objective measurement. Whether that result supports a broader advertising claim involving chemical decomposition requires examination of the additional evidence relevant to that proposition.
E | Formaldehyde Emission Test
The E stage examines the subsequent formaldehyde emission condition of the same tested device following completion of the F stage.
This measurement addresses a different scientific question from the F test.
Where F measures airborne formaldehyde reduction, E examines the device's subsequent formaldehyde emission condition.
The relationship between these two stages is especially important because the condition of the device after F forms part of the scientific basis for the subsequent E examination.
Why Four Tests Are Not Automatically One Proof
P, B, F, and E do not become a single scientific demonstration merely because all four tests are performed.
Each result must first remain within its own direct evidence boundary.
Where a continuous relationship is required, the relevant scientific connection, product identity, technical condition, preservation procedure, and traceability must be established.
Four measurements provide four sets of objective evidence. A scientific proof structure requires the necessary relationships between them to be demonstrated.
Building a Scientific Proof Closed Loop
From Independent Measurements to Verifiable Evidence Relationships
A scientific proof closed loop is not created by arranging laboratory reports in a particular order.
It is established when the evidence required to answer a defined scientific proposition has been obtained, the necessary relationships between evidence stages have been demonstrated, and the resulting proof reaches the appropriate evidentiary endpoint.
Within the VeriLedger™ methodology, two forms of continuity are particularly important.

B → F | Technical-State Continuity
The B and F stages measure different subjects through different testing methods.
Their potential connection arises from the shared PCO technological background of the complete functional device.
To establish B→F continuity, the relevant technical state of the device must be preserved following the B stage and traceably carried into the F stage.
This includes confirmation of the same device's identity, relevant functional configuration, and required preservation conditions.
The arrow does not mean that the bacterial reduction measured in B causes the formaldehyde reduction measured in F.
It means that two scientifically related but distinct testing stages have been connected through verified continuity of the same functional device.
F → E | State-Dependent Continuity
The relationship between F and E is different.
The E stage specifically examines the formaldehyde emission condition of the device following the F test.
Consequently, the required post-F condition is not incidental background information. It is part of the scientific proposition examined by E.
The necessary post-test condition must therefore be preserved, traceably transferred, and verified before the subsequent measurement.
This creates a state-dependent relationship between the two testing stages.
B → F → E | A Connected Scientific Evidence Chain
When the requirements for B→F and F→E are both satisfied, the two continuity relationships can form a connected three-stage scientific evidence structure.
The chain is not justified by chronological order alone.
Its scientific significance depends on the actual measurements, the valid connection between stages, the preservation of required conditions, and the ability to verify the resulting evidence.
The independent P result may also be incorporated into the overall evidence assessment without changing the established B→F→E continuity.
A scientific proof closed loop depends on the completeness of the necessary evidence—not the number of reports collected.

The Six Scientific Proof Scales
Turning Verified Evidence Relationships Into a Reusable Scientific Framework
The VeriLedger™ Scientific Proof Scale is derived from the scientific evidence structures established through the complete-product experimental methodology.
Rather than defining an arbitrary performance standard and requiring products to conform to it, the methodology begins with objective measurements and identifies the scientific rules that can be drawn from their verified relationships.
Six defined scientific proof scales are organized into two principal families.
The F → E Family
F → E
A connected evidence structure examining formaldehyde removal and the subsequent formaldehyde emission condition of the same device, subject to the required continuity and verification conditions.
B + (F → E)
An independent airborne bacteria removal result is assessed alongside an established F→E evidence structure.
The B result remains independent and does not create a B→F continuity relationship.
P + (F → E)
An independent particulate-removal result is assessed alongside an established F→E evidence structure.
The P result expands the scope of available objective evidence without changing the F→E relationship.
P + B + (F → E)
Independent particulate-removal and airborne bacteria removal results are assessed together with the established F→E structure.
Each measurement retains its own direct evidence boundary.
The B → F → E Family
B → F → E
A connected evidence structure incorporating technical-state continuity between B and F, followed by state-dependent continuity between F and E.
P + (B → F → E)
An independent particulate-removal result is incorporated alongside the established B→F→E evidence chain.
The P result contributes additional objective evidence while preserving the internal continuity of the three-stage structure.
Understanding the Scientific Notation
The symbols describe different evidentiary relationships.
“+” indicates that independent evidence is considered together while retaining its own direct evidentiary limits.
“→” indicates an established cross-stage continuity relationship supported by the necessary scientific and physical conditions.
“( )” preserves an already established internal evidence relationship when independent evidence is added.
These distinctions are essential.
B + (F→E) is not equivalent to B→F→E. Both may contain B, F, and E results, but their evidentiary relationships are different.
The six scales therefore represent different scientific proof structures, not simply different quantities of laboratory reports.
The value of a Scientific Proof Scale lies in the evidence relationship it can establish and the boundaries it makes possible to examine.
Applying the Scientific Proof Scale to Product Advertising
Where Advertising Claims Meet Scientific Evidence
Once a scientific proof framework has been established, its underlying evidentiary principles can be applied to the examination of product advertising.
This is where VeriLedger™ distinguishes between building the scale and using the scale.
Building the scale involves developing verifiable scientific proof structures through complete-product experimentation and the necessary evidence relationships.
Using the scale involves examining whether the scientific evidence presented for a commercially available product actually supports that product's advertised claims.

The purpose is not to require every product to use PCO technology, undergo the same four tests, or achieve the same performance values.
Different products may employ different technologies and require different scientific methods.
The common principle is that every objectively verifiable advertising claim must be supported by evidence appropriate to the claim being made.
Evidence Boundary
The evidence boundary identifies what a particular test or scientific demonstration can directly establish.
It is determined by the tested subject, methodology, conditions, measurements, and actual results.
Evidence Endpoint
The evidence endpoint identifies the furthest position that the available scientific evidence can legitimately support.
Where a claim depends on multiple measurements or a continuous scientific relationship, the endpoint must account for whether the necessary evidence and connections have been established.
Claim Endpoint
The claim endpoint identifies the scope of what a company communicates to the market.
A claim may concern removal efficiency, decomposition, biological performance, product durability, material properties, or another objectively verifiable characteristic.
The relevant question is not whether the advertising sounds scientific, but what the words actually promise.
Evidence Gap
An evidence gap arises when the scope of an advertising claim extends beyond what the available scientific evidence can substantiate.
Claim Endpoint − Evidence Endpoint = Evidence Gap
This expression represents an evidentiary comparison, not a universal numerical subtraction.
It provides a structured way to identify the difference between a company's market representation and the scientific support available for that representation.
The purpose is not to presume that a product claim is false. It is to determine what the available evidence can actually prove.

From Scientific Proof to Practical Value
Scientific Evidence That Supports Better Decisions
The VeriLedger™ scientific methodology is designed to create value beyond individual laboratory measurements.
By establishing clear evidence boundaries and examining the relationships between objective results, it provides a structured foundation for scientific verification, commercial evaluation, advertising accountability, and legal evidence development.
For Consumers
Scientific evidence auditing can help identify the difference between an advertised product promise and the objective evidence supporting it.
This creates a pathway for examining questionable advertising claims through verifiable scientific information rather than assumptions or impressions.
For Businesses
Companies with genuine, demonstrable product capabilities can benefit from a clearer understanding of what their scientific evidence establishes.
A properly supported claim can help distinguish verified product performance from unsupported marketing representations.
The objective is not to declare one product universally superior, but to connect each company's claims to its own evidence.
For Legal Professionals
Structured scientific evidence can provide a foundation for evaluating potential advertising-related legal cases.
By identifying the claim, the tested product, the applicable evidence, and any material evidentiary gap, the methodology helps organize technical information into questions that legal professionals can examine.
Scientific findings do not automatically establish legal liability. Legal conclusions require separate consideration of the applicable law, relevant facts, and procedural requirements.
For Technical and Licensing Partners
The methodology also provides a foundation for exploring technical cooperation, laboratory integration, method implementation, and licensing opportunities.
Its broader commercial potential lies in establishing scientific proof procedures that can be examined, reproduced where applicable, and adapted to appropriate technical and market contexts.
Any implementation or intellectual property rights remain subject to the relevant technical requirements, agreements, and applicable legal protections.

Scientific Proof Is the Foundation. Accountability Is the Application.
VeriLedger™ begins with complete-product experimentation and objective third-party scientific measurements.
From those measurements, it examines the evidence boundaries, scientific connections, and continuity conditions required to establish a scientific proof structure.
That structure provides the foundation for the Scientific Proof Scale.
The scale's underlying principles can then be used to examine commercially available products and determine whether their advertised claims are supported by the evidence that actually exists.
Build the Proof. Establish the Scale. Examine the Claim.
Every Claim Has an Evidence Boundary.
